Ocean Vitamin D3 can be used in two ways:

Infants and children under 6 months old: It is recommended to use 0,15-0,3ml (equivalent to 1-2 sprays/day).
Children from 6 months to 2 years old: 0,15-0,3ml (equivalent to 1-2 sprays/day). Consult a doctor or healthcare professional before using for children under 1 year old.
Children aged 2 years and older: 0,15ml (equivalent to 1 spray/day).
