Description: Marial Gel is an oral medication used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptoms such as heartburn, epigastric pain, hiccups, acid reflux, and retrosternal pain, as well as laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) symptoms including cough, difficulty speaking, painful swallowing, laryngeal spasms, bad breath, asthma, shortness of breath, ear pain, runny nose, and nasal congestion.

Marial Gel provides dual action on both the cause and process of reflux, quickly alleviating symptoms related to GERD and LPR while protecting, healing, and regenerating damaged mucosa.

Mechanism of Action: Marial Gel works through a completely physical mechanism, addressing both the cause and process of reflux. It not only quickly reduces symptoms but also protects, heals, and regenerates the mucosa.

Magnesium Alginate acts on the root cause of reflux by forming a floating barrier that prevents acid and stomach contents from refluxing, rapidly reducing reflux symptoms. Magnesium Alginate has a stable and robust structure that functions independently of stomach pH. It also contains high levels of mannuronic acid molecules that selectively inhibit pepsin secretion.

The E-Gastryal® complex, patented by Aurora Biofarma, protects, heals, and restores the mucosa of the esophagus, throat, and larynx. Hydrolyzed keratin helps protect the mucosal layer, while hyaluronic acid activates and promotes tissue regeneration. Tara Gum and Xanthan Gum increase the contact surface, adhere for a long time, and prolong the protective and healing effects.

Indications:

For individuals with GERD: Rapidly reduces reflux symptoms such as belching, heartburn, indigestion, epigastric pain, hiccups, acid reflux, retrosternal pain, etc.
For individuals with LPR: Reduces symptoms such as cough, difficulty speaking, painful swallowing, laryngeal spasms, bad breath, asthma, shortness of breath, ear pain, runny nose, and nasal congestion.
Protects, heals, and restores the mucosa of the esophagus, throat, and larynx. It can be used independently or in combination with PPIs to reduce dependency on PPIs.

Dosage and Usage:

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 sachet (15ml) per dose after meals, 3 times a day.
Children aged 3 to 12 years: Half a sachet or 7.5ml per dose, 3 times a day.
Safe for use by pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Storage: Store the product in a dry, cool place, away from light and at a temperature below 25°C.
